The production of solid wood panel requires high quality workmanship and cutting edge technology in each stage of the process beginning with the careful selection of raw material and continuing up to the final sanding.
We can divide solid wood panels into two main groups:
| -- Finger-Jointed edge glued panel | -- Edge glued panel (full lamel) | | |
The production processes of both groups are similar. The most significant difference being the production of panels formed by lath extensions necessitates more intensive work than panels without lath extensions.
Our organization’s current monthly production of edge glued panels made from beech, fir and ash is approximately 160m³. We plan to increase our production %50 by the second period of 2007.

ÜRETİM AŞAMASI |
- Logs are chosen carefully and cut into demanded dimensions. |
- Cut materials are brought to demanded moisture ratio (8%-12%) by steaming and drying in our computer controlled drying oven after resting period.
- After the drying process, they are formed and cut into demanded lath width. |
- All four surfaces of lath are planed in profile machine. |
- Laths in each dimension are classed among each others. |
- Shorter lengths are made in demanded length by processing in finger joint machine.
- All four surfaces of the laths extentions on both ends are planed again.
- Laths are then made into demanded panel width by pressing in panel pressing unit, |
- All four edges of panels are made into demanded dimensions by dimensioning machine.
- Panel production is completed with a final sanding. |
